Company Expansion on the Eastern Markets

This master thesis deals with a choice of suitable strategy for entering the eastern market for K.L.M company. In theoretical part of thesis, there is described a meaning of international trade and international marketing. Practical part consists of an analysis of internal and external factors of examined company, on which the choice of specific market for expansion including the form of entering is based. At the end of the thesis, there is also an analysis of risks which can influence entering foreign market.
Internationalization of companies in the Russian market

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to key success factors of internationalization of companies in the Russian market. The theoretical part deals with internationalization and globalization businesses, motivators, risks and barriers, way of entrances related to russian market. The second part is devoted to analysis of Russian environment. The factors of motivation, barriers, risks and analysis of internationalization of chosen enterprises are described based on results of in-depth interview by author. Recommendations to the companies on the Russian market of online services based on the practical study of the Yandex company

This bachelor thesis focuses on research of the current trends on the Russian market of online services. The objective of this work is to give recommendations to start-ups that are just entering the sphere of online services. In order to analyse market trends, the Yandex company was studied due to its leading position on the Russian digital market. Available secondary data was analysed along with the primary data collected via questionnaire survey (n = 438) and in-depth interviews (n = 5). The main findings contain the most demanded categories of online services, the most frequently utilized gadget for online services use, the role of the interface design and the influence of demographical and geographical factors.
Underpricing IPO in Russian Market

This diploma thesis deals with the undervaluation of initial public offerings on the Russian market during the period of 2003-2014 using the ordinary least squares method. The main emphasis of the thesis lies in the development of primary emissions on the Russian market. Moreover, the previous literature is diversified by combining theory of asymmetric information with the analysis of market cycles. We have proved that shares are undervalued on average with the help of the latest figures from the Russian IPO market. By the subsequent analysis of the undervaluation phenomena and factors like age of the institution, size of the institution underwriters, market cycles, supply price of the issued shares, sector of the institution and P/E, P/CF indexes, we have arrived at the conclusion that the Russian IPO market is still developing. We have also demonstrated that in the case of high activity on the IPO market, the so called ¨hot period¨ on the market, and in the case of overpriced shares, the Russian IPO companies undervalue their shares. Economic analysis and evaluation of buildings based on wood in the Russian construction market.

The task of my thesis is to conduct marketing analysis of wooden structures in the Russian building market. The theoretical part focuses on the interesting origin and development of buildings based on wood in Russia. Next on characteristics of each building technology, which are log building, skeleton system, panel construction, combined structures. The theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part, where is made the analysis of the current state of housing construction in Russia, including structure of building industry wooden constructions based on wall materials, operating time, the class of buyers. The practical part deals with the trend in the proportion of houses built of brick and wooden houses in five years (2011 2015), and compares some advantages and disadvantages of technology wooden buildings. Based on Research.Techart forecasts work is described and assessed the volume and dynamics of the wooden constructions in Russia in 2015 2025 years. Next part deals with the analysis of demand and pricing in wooden houses. Offer of wooden houses in the Russian market evaluated on the basis processed Annex : Summary 50. building companies, top rated by customer. After making a complete market analysis of wooden constructions, the author informs the main problems the industry of wooden buildings in Russia and suggests the possibility of increasing the share of realization of houses based on wood.

The thesis analyses the conditions of entry of the company ALTA Invest, a.s. to the Russian market and, using the generalization method, provides insight to Czech companies as to how they themselves can enter foreign markets. In the theoretical part, attention is given to the mapping of institutional support and various forms of entry into foreign markets. In the practical part, the company ALTA Invest, a.s., one of the most important Czech manufacturing engineering companies which are active in the Eastern markets, is characterized and a SWOT analysis of the Russian market is carried out.
Analysis of the implementation and use of SaaS IS in the Russian market

This paper deals with the implementation of SaaS in the Russian market, especially in the Ural region of the Russian Federation -- Republic of Bashkortostan. SaaS is usually considered as an alternative way for the dominant model of software installation at the customer office. SaaS has certain key differences related to the use of different types of outsourcing and switching from buying products for permanent use to the system with subscription fee, depending on the specific use of resources. The goal of the theoretical part of the paper is to construct the comprehensive picture of Cloud computing, cloud services especially SaaS, to identify the strengths and weaknesses of SaaS technology, call attention to issues of risk, safety, the process of deployment, focus on the analysis of the status of SaaS information systems in the world and analyze situation on the Russian market. The goal of the theoretical part of the paper is to get acquainted with the companies in the Ural region of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Bashkortostan, to show their attitude to cloud-based technologies, highlight the exploration and use of SaaS in the Republic of Bashkortostan, compare the current situation in Russian enterprises with the status of SaaS in the world. By questionnaire survey I will obtain basic data of the awareness and use of SaaS in this region of Russia. The expected benefits of work may include extending the knowledge of readers about Cloud computing and one of its services - the form of SaaS. Next benefit is that Czech managers and directors can use this paper during the decision on the implementation of this model in their business.
